JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the Management Accounting and Treasury Reporting functions of the company and other related company.
• Preparing full set of Company Accounts; accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management and Government Service Tax related matters, complying all deadlines.
• Responsible on any corporate finance activities within the Company. This would include any capital expenditure analysis proposal.
• Prepares and manage the periodic reporting, monthly, quarterly, annual and any ad-hoc reports on the Company’s results.
• The Monthly presentation of the management accounts to the Managing Director on the 1st week of the following month for review and approval.
• Manage all internal and external audit processes.
• Responsible to liaise and coordinate with the Company Secretary, Auditors and Tax agent in submission of the following reports and forms as per the deadlines: Annual return to SSM; Corporate Tax Estimation to the Inland Revenue; Audited Reports to SSM; and

• Computation of Corporate Tax – Form C (Inland Revenue

• Responsible on computation and submission of SST document and payment as per the deadlines.

• Responsible in preparing annual budget preparation of the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent industry experience required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Corporate Finance / Accounting area.
• Self-driven & pro-active attitude.
• Must have strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Must have strong oral and written communications skills in Bahasa Melayu & English.
• Attention to details and time management skills required.
• Must be able to work independently and be a team player.
