JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Performing a full spectrum of Human Resource functions; payroll, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits.
  • Ensure timelines and accuracy of payroll and statutory submission.
  • Scheduling job interviews, recruiting and training new employees.
  • Managing employee's database and staff movement including preparation of all HR correspondences.
  • Monitoring staff's attendance and leave applications.
  • Handling counseling and advising sessions to staff.
  • Organizing functional training and company's activities.
  • In-charge intake of practical training students from local colleges and universities.
  • Developing proper filing and organization of relevant documents and statements.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Performing any other duties or assignment as and when directed by Management.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years of professional HR Generalist / Payroll preferred.
  • Flexible and ability to prioritise tasks and deliver results in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Able to work in the fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
  • Computer literature in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to start immediately.
