JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate, manage and lead all project activities in the area, including schedule, safety, quality, etc.
• Conduct kick off and safety briefing at site.
• Ensure all materials and equipment is ready and available at site.
• Daily record of personnel, machinery and construction progress in the responsible area;
• Timely discover or feedback on the various problems that appear on the spot, and promptly contact relevant departments to solve them;
• Develop an on-site work week plan, and coordinate and subcontract in accordance with the work plan to prepare a material demand plan in advance;
• Troubleshooting system during and after installation.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by quality management system.
• To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
• To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions. etc.
• Monitor and prepare daily report on the site progress
• Ensure site/work area is in safe condition and is in order as precautions from any incident

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Certificate of Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work with tight schedule.
• Ability to work extra and flexible hours.
• Ability to work outstation.
• Able to work independently at the project site.
• Competent in reading and understanding specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation.
• Have pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, communications skills, selfstarter
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
