JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Sales strategy / business development.
Built in Kitchen Retailers.
- Develop & implement sales strategy for dual brand.
- Ensure Business Plan and sales target achievement.
- Carry out promotional activities, with result measurements.
Customer level.
- Identify built in customers’ potential and end user requirements.
- Examine ranges within BSH vs competition.
- Quality of dealers’ staff knowledge with continuous improvement programme.
2) Customer relationship Establish, maintain and develop professional customer relationships ie.
- Achieve and maintain highest level of professionalism, build and maintain loyal and long lasting trustful relationships.
- Drive high speed of finding solutions.
- Influence and be involved in new studio set ups , explore non traditional opportunities and designer network.
- Identify and work with ASEAN trainers on dealer training needs.
Consult Trade on Focus Topics.
- Creative and relevant sales campaigns dual brand and launches.
- Work with ASEAN marketers on brand related activities, brand and product placement and customer engagement sessions.
- Be active in passing designer leads to business partners.
- Ensure clarity on contractual agreements with regular updates on targets.
3) Sales support, administration & sales steering / controlling.
- Regular communication and updates on stock orders, deliveries, invoicing and special requests
Receivables and Credit management.
- Credit & payment management, including credit checks, incoming payments, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overdues.
- Risk management, with transparency on client creditability.
4) Business Conduct and Interpersonal Standing.
- Continue lawfulness and transparency in all business dealings.
- Look at flexible solutions and opportunities, seeking advisory from manager and CLE team.
- Practice fairness and transparency.
- Seek continuous improvement in knowledge and increase experience in the sales field, learning from best practice examples.
- Multi-task in methodical and focused way.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in Home Appliances industry or premium lifestyle services or Kitchen /Home design industry.
- Industry competition, built in kitchen designs and trends, replacement and market demands.
- Able to deal with trade and end-users especially for luxury consumers, act as a consultant to designers and architects.
- Knowledge of value class to luxury brands.
