JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible to manage a centralized service appointment through various communication channels i.e. WhatsApp / telephone / email etc.
To conduct customer satisfaction survey for sales and after sales in a tactful and professional manner to increase customer retention rate.
Manage customer enquiries on service appointment, car insurance renewal, and other assistance required by customers through various communication channels.
Assist inbound enquiries and escalate customer’s concern at branch level until resolve.
Responsible to manage customer’s data and compile survey report for management review.
To assist on any ad-hoc project at call centre as and when required.
Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Min SPM / Certificate in Office Management / Administration / Tourism with minimum of 2 to 3 years experiences in similar roles and/or industry.
Fresh graduate in Diploma of Business Management / Hotel Management / Tourism / Public Relations or equivalent.
