JOB DESCRIPTION

• Attend to customers and ascertain each customer’s needs

• Handling cashier job in the retail store.

• Attend to customers' enquiries with tactfulness

• Handle all aspects of store including monitoring order, receiving of stock and storage of items

• Maintain neat and organized stores

• Maintain update and inventory records

• Perform stock count and reconciliation weekly

• Assist at Service Collection Point, i.e. handle customers who brings service units

• Perform all other duties, activities and responsibiites that may be assigned from time to time

• Customers oriented, patience and friendly

• Strong interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels of people

• Self-motivated, target-driven and interested to learn and grow in the retail industry

• Must be willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shift basis (follow retail shop's operation hour) in a retail environment.
