JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters with strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop trusted advisory relationships with clients.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Develop potential and new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Collaborate with technical team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Interact with clients to meet their requests and resolve complaints.
Prepare reports on account status with sales and clients reports and make recommendations for improvements.
Source new prospects and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Organize sales and product demonstrations events; product introduction, services provided by BPE Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd or other proposed events.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Any other task(s) as assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering field of study or other relevant field with experience in Electrical Engineering for Oil and Gas industry.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Sales personnel in Oil and Gas industry.
Proven work experience and achievements as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and technical presentation to clients.
Must familiar with Companies Act.
