Make products knowledge readily available through various resources.
Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
Assist at trade shows and demonstrate the quality or uses of a product.
Demonstrate superios time management skills and meets sales target.
Promote the company's range of products through presentation to existing and prospective customers (ie; develpers, architects, consultants, main contractors, etc)
Provide pre-sales consultation, product education, and after sales support services to the customers.
Monitor and collect payment from customers after products have been delivered to ensure the collection period is in accordance to the credit terms.
Build long term partnership with customers through networking to ensure customer's satisfaction is high.
Support marketing activities by attending exhibitions, trade show, conference and other marketing events.
Prepare and submit sales report weekly & monthly to the management, and perform market analysis in order to support the business planning exercise.
Require to do overtime when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Degree holder in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experience in the related field.
Good computer skills & fluent in English.
Possess own transport.
Possess good networking with Architect, Quantity Surveyor and major Contractors in an added advantages.
Possess with good management skills is and addedd advantages.
