JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the daily accounting and financials, to ensure the smooth running of the departments in order to support the business operation.
• To monitor, guide, supervise, review, and verify work done by accounting and administration staff to ensure accounting records and systems comply with approved accounting standards and statutory & tax requirements.
• Responsible for credit control and cash flow. Prepare accounting forecast for tax review, revision, and submission.
• Ensure all activities related to AR, AP, and GL functions are maintained in proper order and up to date.
• Produce monthly branches and service department profit and loss statements.
• Prepare companies’ monthly and yearly management accounts including stock list.
• Other financial and analytical reports as required.
• Initiate year-end stock take and audit process.
• Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, secretary, and bankers.
