JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure day-to-day operations are carried smoothly in accordance to company SOP.
• To attend and serve walk in and dine in customer with their request.
• To ensure a conducive, safe and comfortable ambiance for staff and customer.
• To familiar with F&B menu and be able to do good explanation and recommendation to customer.
• To cross sell and promote outlet's products and new promotion.
• To perform stock take and spring cleaning as assigned by outlet Manager.
• To be able to handle customer complaints and come out with solutions.
• To undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• SPM / STPM / Certificates.
• Can provide good Customer Services.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Beginner)
• Willingness to learn.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekday & Public Holiday.
