JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to foreign workers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
• Provide input on pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
• Stay updated on Foreign Workers' regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
• Monitor and report on sales and business development activities to Head Management and Director.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Minimum education Degree in Business Management or related.
• Experience in handling foreign workers matters.
