JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To liaise with carrier, custom and customers and relevant departments for tracking of shipments.
  • Follow up/ monitoring/ arrange all the clearance process and assist in arrangement of door delivery within a specified requested period.
  • Handle and resolve all customer complaints /inquiries via mail or phone in a timely.
  • To coordinate internally and externally on the shipping arrangement and documentation  preparation.
  • Ability to execute the delivery to meet customer objective without error and mistake, strictly adhere to customer SOP.
  • Ensure individual job task is being fulfilled in term on delivery time and cargo safety.
  • Any other ad hoc and administrative duties.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • At least 1 year of customer service explore with familiarity in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Excellent and strong communication skill, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.
