Resident Auditor

JOB DESCRIPTION

To assist in appointment of new Auditor

  • To ensure the new auditors application documents submitted are completed.
  • To arrange auditor evaluation session.

To assist in MSC application for new client

  • To ensure the client MSC application document submitted are complete.
  • To arrange the suitable audit day between auditors and client.

To assist CO in preparation of audit program – Pre audit activity

  • To prepare audit advice letter and auditor appointment letter.
  • To ensure the lead auditor must submit the audit plan 2 weeks before the audit conducted.
  • To ensure the audit team member has the latest audit kits.
  • To ensure the auditor must submit the audit report within time frame.

To assist CO in preparation of audit program – Post audit activity

  • To ensure the auditor team submit all of audit the documents (eg. Audit note, records evidence, CAR and etc)
  • To compile audits documents in individual client files.
  • To arrange certification approval panel (CAP) meeting.
  • To prepare the certificate and get client confirmation on the detail stated on the certificate.
  • To prepare certification agreement and arrange with client the hand over certificate ceremony (if necessary)

To assist in establishing the effectiveness of audit

  • To ensure client feedback form and Peer review form are returned. To compile any feedback and complaints related to certification matters for the Certification Manager action.

Others

  • To maintain and Update certified client list/ client directory. To keep and updates certified clients list.
  • To maintain proper filing and confidentiality of clients’ documents and audit records.
  • To prepare audit schedule for the whole certification audit cycle.
  • To arrange any workshop related to auditor competency and NCSB Management system requirements.
  • To assist in arrangement of Internal Audit, Industrial Committee meeting activities.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Competency in ISO Management System Audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485 & ISO 37001)
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in third-party auditing, inspection, or certification with strong knowledge in auditing techniques and principles.
  • Ability to conduct training for related schemes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Own transportation with a valid driving license.
  • No travel restrictions.
