JOB DESCRIPTION
- To set up and establish a centralized SX-HSSE Control Center for Shui Xing Group and its subsidiary companies, that will operate and monitor their CCTV system, GPS system, alarm system and BOMBA's alarm system (SPKA).
- To set up a command post for Shui Xing Group and is subsidiary company as the contact point for managing any emergency and crisis.
- To create a flexible and sustainable HSSE Control Center that can grow and create new business opportunity for Shui Xing Group.
- SX-HSSE Control Center will be the center to all SX Group CCTV system, GPS system, alarm system and BOMBA's alarm system (SKA).
- Personnel working in the SX-HSSE Control Center will be responsible to operate and monitor all the system above, and report to SX HSSE management team for any abnormalities, non-compliance and discrepancy found.
- SX-HSSE Control Center will responsible to be the first contact point for any emergency and to escalate the emergency to the correct PIC and SX Group Management.
- SX-HSSE Control Center will be operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Total of 3 HSSE Coordinator to run the SX-HSSE Control Center in 3 shifts. Overtime available depending on operational needs.
- Operation shift as follow:
> Shift 1 - 12.00am - 08.00am
> Shift 2 - 08.00am - 04.00pm
> Shift 3 - 04.00pm - 12.00am
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Physically fit and free of medical issues.
- Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Melayu. Added advantage if know other languages as well.
- Well discipline, responsible and has effective communication skills
- Prior experience in HSSE operation would be an added advantage.
