Researching and analysing consumer behavior and competitors activities to develop an effective marketing plan and strategy.
Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
Design, build and maintain HIP digital presence across all digital channels as well as manage HIP internal social media activities.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Establishing budgets, performance specifications and revenue estimates to run the marketing activities.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value.
Overseeing advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Establishing and maintaining good rapport with various teams, internally and externally to ensure goals are met.
Working closely with Corporate Communication department and Halal Event Management department when organising events such as product launches, MoU signing events, webinars, photo shoots, video shoots, etc.
Maintain and expand relationships and network with relevant external stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or other relevant disciplines. Working experience in digital marketing or related experience is added advantage.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Interest in career development in Digital Marketing and Project Management.
