JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support the Business Unit in interviewing and identifying suitable candidates.
  • Support the Business Unit in liaising with clients to arrange for interviews.
  • Support the talent support consultants (recruiters) in administrative tasks and sourcing for candidates.
  • Other Support - Administration & Data Integrity.
  • Support the Business Unit in overall payroll process for our contractors.
  • Submission of LHDN and other statutory related paperwork.
  • Validating and verifying invoices against supporting documents (including aiding on administrative works)
  • Assisting in Sales, Business development & marketing representative for existing key accounts.
  • Organize, manage and develop contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities.
  • Engaging with potential customer via phone calls or LinkedIn to setup a meeting with them.
  • Addresses and resolves basic incidents and requests; logs all incidents and requests; engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility.
  • Creates a positive customer support experience and builds strong relationships through deep problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a consummately professional attitude.
  • Follows up with other support staff (service resources) involved in resolution to ensure incidents are resolved, requests are filled, and the customer communication is complete. Documents resolutions and updates self-help and staff knowledge bases.
  • Identifying new business opportunities & new ways to appeal to ideal customers.
  • Professionally build a positive relationship with new and current customers.
  • Focusing on creating a successful brand for current and future expansion.
  • Managing and updating online portals: o Websites o Google business o Social media platforms.
  • Support in sales and marketing related matters and Support in advertising & promotional matters online and offline.
  • Support in events, campaigns and any other matter.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Outspoken, positive attitude, and have a good communication in English, both written and spoken.
  • Teachable, committed and willing to step out of their comfort zone and able to function under high pressure situation.
