To work closely with superior on assigned key accounts to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
To provide timely feedbacks on market intelligence on competitors' activities and market trends of the industry.
To sell and promote company own manufactured HDPE products / building materials to potential and existing customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries/proposal from customers.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after sales support to customers.
Consistently provide feedback to the team in the organization regarding competition, product and/or market needs.
Maintain customers’ credit discipline by monitoring debtors aging from credit terms given to customers and follow-up payment collections.
Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of WEIDA products and applications for the purpose of product sales.
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products to meet existing / potential customers’ needs.
Sales incentive will be rewarded based on sales achieved with payment collection under
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Certificate in related discipline.
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu. Those who can converse in other dialects will be added advantage.
3-4 years(s) of working experience in sales and marketing experience in constructions, building materials/hardware related field.
Computer literate
Confident, aggressive, target oriented and with strong negotiation skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Preferably Chinese, no gender preference.
Malay candidates with relevant experience and good English can be considered.
