Ensure the availability, integrity, and security of the regional IT hardware, software, application services, and network equipment, including Servers, Networks, LAN & WAN, PCs, Printers, Scanners, business applications, and etc.
Manage the support of end user, daily operation and the life-cycle of the regional IT hardware and software, LAN and WAN, security services; inclusive of performing purchase, annual renewals, troubleshooting, system updates, bug fixes, liaison with vendors & ISPs for support or implementations.
Responsible for the planning, testing and implementation of Information System continuity plan, including to protect and ensure the business system and data is backed up according to the company’s policy, and to perform backup and restoration test periodically.
Provide support to end user on in-house developed applications, Accounting & ERP systems, including report creation, system design, implementation and operation, and perform periodic system access permissions review.
Responsible for managing the record keeping for all IT hardware, software and services to ensure accuracy and availability.
Involve in the planning, implementation and management of projects assigned by the HQ IT Management teams
To report to the HQ IT Management team on periodic basis on project progress and issues updates.
To interact and understand every department’s work flow, and applying information technology to resolve problem, automate process, and streamline work flow.
To create new IT budget every year for all business units in the Region.
Undertake any other duties or tasks directed by the management as and when required.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
Required skill(s): Windows Active Directory Domain administration, Wintel servers, LAN technologies, Network Security, PC troubleshooting, MS Office, MS Outlook, Windows 7/8/10.
Experience working with Accounting software and Fortigate Firewall administration will be an added advantage
Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 3-5 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
