JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible in maintaining all frontend information (Hardware And Software).
• Responsible for testing and evaluating the software applications and systems that make frontend function.
• Manage Patch Update – POS + Scales + PSS.
• Handling UAT & QA.
• Scale promotion Configuration.
• Maintaining POS, scales,PSS o IP list o Hostname o Location of hardware in store.
• Support for L2 and L3 for (ticketing)

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Education – Bsc (Hons) in Information System.
• Specialized knowledge – N/A.
• Skills –Zendesk, E.LEAP 1.4.0.5, Retail Framework 1.8.5.2001, Barter and Xilnex POS system.
• Abilities – Multitasking, Teamwork and Hardworking.
• Other characteristics such as personal characteristics – Timid.
• Professional Certification – N/A.
• Experience – Act as helpdesk for L1 support, Software and Hardware for Scale, UAT for pos system and Monitoring System Integration for POS.
