JOB DESCRIPTION

DreamCatcher Academy is a technical training company focused on developing SPM school leavers in the B40 group to prepare them for employment within the manufacturing sector. Our goal is to equip them with the necessary technical skills and the right mindset for them to succeed in work and life. DreamCatcher Academy is spearheading the effort in partnership with industry and schools to provide work-study program (TVET) as an alternative path for B40 students who cannot afford further education and do not possess the right skills for employment. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join us.

• Provide motivation and counselling support to the students with regular catch-up, focusing on well-being and adaptation to working life to ensure their success in the program.
• Coordinate and administer TVET program operations.
• Deliver classes with provided materials to students in a blended-learning approach.
• Advise students on TVET enrollment process, choice of study and job attachment.

• B.A. education, B.A. Psychology (Counselling), B. Sc Engineering (any discipline), B. Sc IT/Computer Science, B. Sc Physics.
