  • Maintaining positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, andcomplaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as and when necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Undertake / perform any other tasks as assigned / directed by Management/Superior from time to time

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field, however Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
  • Strong customer service focus and good problem solving skills.
  • Should be a customer-oriented person with good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Great analytical skills and tactful.
  • Resulted oriented and energetic.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Software
