JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist to Identify & develop new product via internal resources or external support for new product development.
Conduct Weekly product evaluation via appointed panel & conduct general survey.
Assist in Preparing SOP, Training, and product evaluations.
Assist to initiating new recipes, cooking samples for testing, enhancing current products, and providing input to taste, texture, and packaging of food products.
Assist in conducting consumer testing, observing market trends, and identifying recipes.
Assist in recording learning on flavour, portion, and pricing from consumer’s feedback.
Assist in implementation of Food Safety and supplier audit.
Skills & Competencies
Familiar with food and its processing method.
Have experience in HACCP and Food Safety.
Negotiation, interpersonal, strong communication (verbal & written), meticulous and multitasked & Computer literate Possess positive attitude and initiative.
Attention to details and accuracy, well organized, adaptive, able to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
Good analytical skill & sensitive to current food trend.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Bachelor of Food Science & Nutrition, or Diploma/Bachelor of Food Technology, or Diploma/Bachelor of Culinary Studies, or Diploma/Bachelor of Culinology Studies.
Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & HACCP: Principles & Applications.
Have at least 2 years’ experience in the similar field / scope of work.
