  • Admin Officer responsible for the reception area of a business.
  • Answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and customers.
  • Receptionist must attend to VIP and Top Management needs include serve tea and pastries.
  • Perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors and ordering office supplies.
  • Maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
  • At least 1 year experienced but Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
  • Can work in Bandar Baru Klang
