JOB DESCRIPTION

• Issue Sales Order and invoices submitted by salesperson.
• Coordinate with operation to make sure order prepare on time.
• Make sure order deliver on time within the standard time frame.
• Follow up with operation and update order status to salesperson.
• Responsible to keep track and follow up for issue like wrong delivery, double purchase order, wrong quantity, and un-deliver products.
• Update Out of stocks (OOS) items to procurement and salesperson.
• Update delivery schedule h) Help up each other in the team to make sure everyone’s order is up to date.
• Issue credit notes for return stocks.
• Responsible to involve in stock take activities.
• Other miscellaneous.
