JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Mainly responsible for HRDF SBL Khas submission and query.
  • Assisting Salesperson in completing HRDF documentations (JD14 and T3 Form)
  • Course Registration in E-Tris system.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
  • Contact clients as well as HRDF to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Full administrative support in various aspects in sales department.
  • Ad hoc task : Handle ePerolehan, other related portal for government & GLC; Sennego, Sistem Tender Online Selangor, UiTM FinEPortal &, etc.
  • Other ad hoc tasks when requested by HOD/Management.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, any field.
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Good attitudes towards work.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Responsible, pleasant and independent personality.
  • Full-Time position available (Based in Puchong)
  • Possess own transport will be an added advantage.
