JOB DESCRIPTION

• To proactively manage and develop relationship with allocated portfolio of customer. 
• To actively identify and implement strategies and tactics to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio. 
• To actively identify and pursue new sale opportunities. 
• Promoting the organization and products. 
• Meeting planned sales goals. 
• To track sales goals and to report on the results. 
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients. 
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients. 
• Monitor customer and client satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems to management. 
• Partner with senior manager to ensure quality customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities. 
• Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for team objectives. 
• Manage controllable expenses and supplies within approved budgets to achieve profitability targets. 
• Fill in for senior management in their absence, managing budgets, and coordinating schedules, inventory, and supplies. 
• Guiding new subordinates to achieve group targets. 
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. 
• To participate actively in any other new services that is introduced by the company. 
• Perform any others duties as and when required by the management. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate any field 
• Must possess own transport & willing to travel 
• Result-oriented, assertive and willing to take challenges to achieve sales targets 
•  At least 3 years working experience in related field 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication with good leadership skills
