JOB DESCRIPTION

• Able to assist the customer by providing the advice about health issues, nutrition and healthy diet responding to the queries from customers.
• Able to clarify the information to clients and explain the effects of nutrients on overall of the health condition.
• Always keeps up to date on the market trend in term of product knowledge and latest nutritional finding.
• Offer advice on how to stay healthy and provide support to help customer with their progress.
• Provide professional advice and service in pharmaceutical care as well as general advice on health care to customers.
• Attend to customers’ inquiries in a professional manner, helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products.
• Provide assistance in daily operations of the pharmacy outlet.
• Report and work with Pharmacist Branch Manager & Assistant Manager together in order to achieve the goals of the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate possess Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition / Food Science & Nutrition / Nutrition & Dietetics or equivalent field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to speak in Mandarin fluently will be added advantage (as the role requires candidates to liaise with Mandarin Speaking clients)
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Good Attitude, Responsible, Customer Friendly.
• Computer Literate.
• Working Location:  Klang Valley & Selangor.
