JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform all relevant eye tests (eg. refraction, instrumental eye tests, etc) deemed necessary by CM/doctor
• Provide patient education ie. consultation
• Provide patient care ie. attend to patients' needs/requests
• Manage patient complaints
• Surgery planning & scheduling
• Administrative work
• Paperwork eg. consultation/follow-up/eye tests notes, etc.
• Patient follow-up
• Statistic and Reports
• Housekeeping of certain work areas assigned by CM

• Ability to work well under pressure
