JOB DESCRIPTION

• Jobsheet and costing creation for all Purchase/Job orders
• Key in orders and updates in ERP system
• To ensure pricing to customers matches quotations
• Ensuring Delivery Orders to be available concurrently with Invoice issuance
• Work closely with production and warehouse to ensure goods are available and delivery on time to customers
• Handling customers' enquiry and complaints

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or degree in Business Admin, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• Possess excellent communication and written skills.
• Pleasant and friendly.
• Good in teamwork.
• Good in excel /words.
• Able to join immediately.
