JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist his superior for planning, organizing, directing and managing all departmental personnel under his charge of duty.
• Performance training needs analysis for subordinates under his direct control, ensure continuous training, education and planning, monitoring overall employee training needs analysis.
• To follow up testing with production for new tooling and jig use.
• To follow up repairing mold/jig and fixture as per schedule or propose repairing whichever necessary.
• Laisse jig fixtures design with tooling.
• Continuous improvement in relation to efficiency and running cost by more efficient use of material, reduction of waste and automation.
• Trouble shooting skills for countermeasure of part and/or tooling problems.
• Generation and control of process documentation.
• Part specification control including cosmetic and drawing specification.
• Laisse with designers in conjunction with new injection molding specification.
• To carry out QCC activities to initiate teamwork spirit and strive for ISO 9001/14001.
• Ensure proper housekeeping at all times.
