Investigate, reconcile and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Monitoring Account Receivable, prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly billing, manage the collection, and SST submission.
Maintain accounting records in Quick Book accounting systems.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultant, bankers, and other external parties.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 2 years of working experience in handling a full set of accounts.
Strong presentation and organization skills with an excellent command of spoken and especially written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated, pleasant personality & able to work independently.
Knowledgeable software QuickBooks Accounting would be an advantage.
Able to work under tight reporting deadlines and schedule to deliver timely and accurate results.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
Hybrid – 80% work from office / 20% work from home.
