JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle Full set accounts & accounting functions to ensure accuracy in compliance with current accounting practices & principles.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly accounts, management reports, cash flow forecasts.
• Investigate, reconcile and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Monitoring Account Receivable, prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly billing, manage the collection, and SST submission.
• Maintain accounting records in Quick Book accounting systems.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultant, bankers, and other external parties.
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• At least 2 years of working experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Strong presentation and organization skills with an excellent command of spoken and especially written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, pleasant personality & able to work independently.
• Knowledgeable software QuickBooks Accounting would be an advantage.
• Able to work under tight reporting deadlines and schedule to deliver timely and accurate results.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
• Hybrid – 80% work from office / 20% work from home.
