JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deal with mill manager and arrange for site visit/meeting.
• Visit the mill and observe for site condition.
• Prepare documents, layouts, drawings and bill of quantity.
• Visit mill for work order meeting.
• Deal and discuss with contractors regarding site preparation.
• Visit site to monitor platform preparation before delivery.
• Assist with the pre-delivery works of equipment/machine.
• Visit mill upon delivery to ensure equipment/machine in good condition.
• Prepare reports for every site visit and reporting to HOD/GM
• Follow up from time to time regarding service works and problems for future reference.
• Any ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Top Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma Mechanical Engineering/Advance Diploma/DVM/DKM or equivalent
• Male only
• Familiar with Engineering Process, Technical drawing & Project Management
• Familiar with technical drawing software
• Can use computer
• Able to communicate in BM & BI
• Can work under minimum supervision
