Management of restaurant float, petty cash, sales money and stock; Cash Handling & Restaurant Security Policy to be followed.
Monitor and manage costs to ensure profitability.
Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are all met
Motivate, supervise, coach, develop Subordinate staff
Diploma / Bachelors Degree in any related fields. Qualification in Food Tech is an advantage. HACCP, Halal & Food Handler trainer are highly welcomed.
At least 2-3 years' of full-service restaurant management.
Flexibility in working hours shift, weekends, weekdays and public holidays and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
