JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform reconciliation of daily receivables against daily balance statement, merchant reports and bank statement.
• Liaise with bankers in regard to card terminals applications, request from Operations and manual charge back & refund.
• Work closely with operations on all operational finance matters including trainings.
• Able to meet closing deadlines for Receivables and ensure all records are taken up correctly.
• To follow up on any outstanding receivables and income.
• Support AP as at when is necessary and any ad-hoc request or new assignment to other departments as assigned by the Head of Finance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum education required: Diploma/Advance Diploma/Certificates and /or Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking.
• Intermediate/Advance in Microsoft Excel. Exposure in LS-Business Central Retail/Microsoft Dynamics NAV/is an added advantage.
• Detailed and an eye for numbers.
• Fast learner and able to work independently.
• Good leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills.
