JOB DESCRIPTION

• Project management, prepare time and cost estimates, handle billing and other finance activities related to project deliverable.
• Requirements gathering and analysis for new system enhancements.
• Provide effort estimation and the timeline for various phases (DEV, SIT, UAT, PRD) of bugs/enhancements.
• Lead the offshore team and coordinate on the development of enhancements.
• System Integration testing of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 features used by the client.
• Support User Acceptance Testing across different HCM modules.
• Development/Enhancement of existing as well as new functionalities.
• Analyse and identify client’s PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 enhancements and functionalities during application upgrade.
• Coordinate with offshore team for retrofitting of identified enhancements in HCM 9.2 version during application upgrade.
• Provide functional support for Core HR modules

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good skills in project management specialized in Oracle Cloud HCM or Peoplesoft HCM.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Good understanding of HCM business processes and best practice.
• Good in other programming languages, such as XML, ASP, .NET, Java, JavaScript &, etc. will be added advantage.
• Able to translate the functional requirements into technical deliverable is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
