JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
• Create and draft official letters and press releases.
• Create and distribute marketing copies to advertise our company and products.
• Develop content and update product descriptions, social media and company websites.
• Develop content and/or Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts and articles.
• Create and prepare the company's Quarterly Newsletter (Digital and print version).
• Edit and proofread written pieces and all contents for errors and inconsistencies before publication.
• Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
• Create content and compelling headlines and body copy for social media postings, advertisements and support other countries posting.
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) including media monitoring on a frequent basis.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
• Participate in the preparation and execution of all company related events together with other team members.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Portfolio of published articles and social media postings.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO techniques.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in designing (eg: canva) is an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
