JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • GOOD Proficiency in English is highly required.
  • Tech savvy and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Strong presentation, communication, analytical, problem solving critical thinking and people skills.
  • Prior experience in IT/HR industry will be an advantage.
  • Collaborative with differ level of stakeholders.
  • Hardworking and resourceful.
  • Team player and self-starter.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in Sales & BD.
  • Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
