Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers on the system they are using according to SLAs.
Handling calls from clients, guide and talk to them through a series of actions, via any medium of communications – phone, email or chat until the technical issues are solved.
Ensure to log record, update and manage request For Service (RFS) system to identify the technical issues and channel it to the right technical team to resolve the issues.
Give the right feedback on the resolved technical issues, always follow up with them to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Provide reports on weekly basis on the resolved and unresolve issues and document it as a lesson learnt for future guidance.
Budget and cost controlling by tracking the expenses, timeline, and deliverables to meet the annual revenue target.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Mysql.
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer / Computer Science.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field.
