JOB DESCRIPTION

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers on the system they are using according to SLAs.
• Handling calls from clients, guide and talk to them through a series of actions, via any medium of communications – phone, email or chat until the technical issues are solved.
• Ensure to log record, update and manage request For Service (RFS) system to identify the technical issues and channel it to the right technical team to resolve the issues.
• Give the right feedback on the resolved technical issues, always follow up with them to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
• Provide reports on weekly basis on the resolved and unresolve issues and document it as a lesson learnt for future guidance.
• Budget and cost controlling by tracking the expenses, timeline, and deliverables to meet the annual revenue target.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Mysql.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineer / Computer Science.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in related field.
