Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Additional responsibilities may include.
Complete change management assessments.
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
Consult and coach project teams.
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
Support and engage senior leaders.
Coach managers and supervisors.
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
Integrate change management activities into project plan.
Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
Manage stakeholders.
Track and report issues.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Support change management at the organizational level.
Manage the change portfolio.
Manage the project scope and expectations to ease the project delivery.
Finalize all projects related documents such as URS, SRS, SAD, UAT script, PAT script, FAT, User Manual, training manuals and any other documents required by the project (where applicable).
Conduct and facilitate hand holding session with customer during parallel or live run.
Other assignments as and when requested by the project manager/immediate supervisors.
Manage, guide and work together with the project team members towards achieving project completion ahead of schedule/on time.
Provide solutions or workaround for the identified project risks and issues with deliverables.
Resolve operational and technical problems in a timely manner.
Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly/according to SLA defined.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Certifications in change management (such as ADKAR), project management, ITIL, or related areas will be added advantage.
Proven experience in project management and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
Experience as a software development, business analysis.
Business Admin / Accounting System exposure is an added advantage.
Knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management.
Demonstrated track record of managing and leading organizational transformations.
Years of experience developing, managing, and leading teams.
Effective communication skills and the ability to influence people.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
