Change Management

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Additional responsibilities may include.
  • Complete change management assessments.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
  • Consult and coach project teams.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Coach managers and supervisors.
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
  • Manage stakeholders.
  • Track and report issues.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Support change management at the organizational level.
  • Manage the change portfolio.
  • Manage the project scope and expectations to ease the project delivery.
  • Finalize all projects related documents such as URS, SRS, SAD, UAT script, PAT script, FAT, User Manual, training manuals and any other documents required by the project (where applicable).
  • Conduct and facilitate hand holding session with customer during parallel or live run.
  • Other assignments as and when requested by the project manager/immediate supervisors.
  • Manage, guide and work together with the project team members towards achieving project completion ahead of schedule/on time.
  • Provide solutions or workaround for the identified project risks and issues with deliverables.
  • Resolve operational and technical problems in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly/according to SLA defined.


  • Certifications in change management (such as ADKAR), project management, ITIL, or related areas will be added advantage.
  • Proven experience in project management and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
  • Experience as a software development, business analysis.
  • Business Admin / Accounting System exposure is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and leading organizational transformations.
  • Years of experience developing, managing, and leading teams.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence people.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
