JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an energetic customer service administrator who has a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. The responsibilities of customer service administrators include providing helpful information by answering questions and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- To perform any other duties as assigned and any other ad-hoc task required by management teams.
- Communicating with customers through various channels such as email, phone calls, etc.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints with the best solution.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Prepared invoices based on customer requests.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a good team player where frequent collaboration across functional teams is necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be computer literate.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language (English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Preference will be given to those who can start work immediately.

Working hour
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm.
- Alternate Saturday: 8:30am to 1:00pm.
