JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out troubleshooting works of repairing and replacing parts of security system (CCTV/Alarm)
• Conduct service maintenance/installation jobs for CCTV & Alarm system either onsite and/or off-site (remote)
• Assist third-party installer for maintenance/installation (if required)
• Ensure all technical and maintenance problem issues is handled in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Customer Service Executives and provide a daily report to Customer Service.
• Assist in company IT/network (if required)
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• To carry out any other duties as assigned and given by Superior and the management.
• Act as response agent (if required)

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SPM.
• At least 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision Malaysian citizen only.
• Posses own transport, car or motorcycle with valid driving license.
