To manage T2 (resellers) request for quotation, skill development and go to market activity.
T2 request must be replied within the agreed time frame.Failure to communicate and manage T2 expectation will have negative impact in future deals and business opportunities.
To get hardware configuration for quotation preparation.
To request payment term approval and follow up payment.
To follow up on delivery date and delivery arrangement.
To develop strong relationship that translate by having full support from them.
To cultivate loyalty from T2 and become their trusted advisor.
Convince and influence client to get the quotation and pricing from FSSB.
Multitasking to respond multi request from multi clients.
Managing difficult clients.
To gain loyalty from T2.
To make clients pay on-time.
To send out quotation and manage healthy margin (at least 6%)
JOB REQUIREMENT
At least Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ IT or Business Management.
At least 5 years of working experience in sales.
Able to communicate well both in writing and verbally.
Willing to learn IBM, Lenovo and HPE internal process.
Willing to work beyond office hour (when required)
Willing to spend time to meet T2 in person (face to face.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Having experience in distributorship business is a bonus.
