JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyse and evaluate current SOP and framework, methods, systems and procedures to ensure proper integration, compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Records and analyses organisations' work flow charts, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
  • Prepares and recommends proposals to revise methods and procedures, change work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
  • Assists in implementing approved recommendations, issues revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting necessary documentations.


JOB REQUIREMENT

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration or Business Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the O&M Department as an Executive preferably in the retail industry.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good SOP writing skills and overall understanding on compliance requirements.
  • Highly committed and detail oriented.
