JOB DESCRIPTION

• Have 1000 of fabrics/wallcoverings that need a fresh look with new colour coordination/segregation based on colours/themes so that we can make new sample books and launch it for consumer easy to choose.
• Look into display and styling for showroom.
• Constantly look into ways of to improving customer experience.
• Require visiting dealers at least once a month.
• Achieve sales target and grow the sales in assigned segment and territory.
• Monitor and track the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.
• Contribute ideas, advice and implement effective ideas and inspiration to help our dealers to grow.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Pleasant, approachable and energetic personality with good interpersonal and communication skills. An individual who is dedicated to his/her work.
• Understand and practice need analysis in his/her task.
• A pro-active and overall team player by working closely with other team members to ensure overall company objectives is met.
• Candidate must be able to converse reasonably well in Mandarin/Cantonese as role requires dealing with Mandarin/Cantonese speaking clients, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Exposure and experience in the interior soft furnishing or interior design background will be an added advantage.
