JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for managing all money borrowed or owed to the business.
• Will handle the collection of finances, the resolution of account queries, produce and send sales invoices and issue credit notes.
• Will be working closely with a managing director, who will guide you through the process of managing company finance.
• Build relationship with business to business client.
• Perform other duties when required by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Business Management/ Accounting or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Must be able to speak in Chinese-need to liaise with Chinese speaking Customers.
• At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field and/or specializing in sales and finance are required for this position.
• Required skill (s): Meticulous, independent and proactive. Also must be well alert and a fast learner.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Klang Lama (Old Klang Road), Petaling Jaya.
• Able to start work as soon as possible.
