JOB DESCRIPTION

• To perform corrective/ preventive maintenance on machines/ equipment to ensure proper operation.
• To perform preventive maintenance, checking and inspection, troubleshooting, repairs and overhauls of machinery and equipment.
• Provide electrical and technical support to the Operations team with electrical troubleshooting.
• To work on electrical installations, electric drives and motors, PLC systems and plant automation.
• To monitor spare part/ consumable consumption.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and PLC troubleshooting to increase productivity and lower maintenance cost with high up-time.
• To maintain electrical drawing library documenting machine details and modifications.
• Support all improvement projects such as machine improvement, productivity improvement and safety improvement projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in Mechatronic/ Electronics/ Instrumentation or other equivalent qualification.
• Possesses knowledge on PLC systems, Servo Valve and plant automation.
• Capable of troubleshooting electrical/ electronic problems.
• Able to work in 2 shift rotations.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.
