Handle full set of accounts, such as general accounting, account receivable, account payable, aging report, tax and staff claims. Finalize and close monthly accounts.
To ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, post journal and various reports.
Ensure accurate and timely billing and perform intercompany reconciliation.
Ensure follow-up on customers collection and SOA are updated on regular basic.
Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly verified, approved and effect payment within the agreed credit term.
Responsible for maintaining current and fixed assets module in accounting system
Ensure fixed assets register are up-to-date and monthly depreciation are performed correctly as per company fixed asset's policy.
Responsible for monthly SST submission before the deadline.
Responsible for treasury management including banking facilities and preparing daily cash flow report to ensure smooth business operation.
Assist in preparation of financial analysis, financial projections and any related report for management decision making.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and suppliers.
Perform any others ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time
