  • Manage arrangement for local and outstation delivery
  • Communicate with transportation agent and customers on the deliveryarrangement for new order and return customer
  • Prepare related documentations for delivery - Delivery Order , Invoice&etc
  • Work with the Account department to follow up on payments and invoicesto determine release of delivery to customers
  • Work with the Warehouse Supervisor or Store Keeper to co-ordinatedelivery of finished items
  • Provide updates, resolve all delivery issues and communicate changesindelivery schedules to relevant stakeholders (Operations, transportationagents, customers) as and when necessary
  • Work with the Customer Service department to handle delivery-relatedcustomer complaints and make necessary arrangements to resolveissues as and when necessary
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to review and improve delivery processes
  • Ensure record keeping and filing of documents are in order on daily basis
  • Perform to Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management as and whennecessary


JOB REQUIREMENT

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Software
  • At least have 1 year working experience, however Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply
  • Can work in Kg Subang Baru
