JOB DESCRIPTION

Part of the Talent Acquisition Team in ensuring that all manpower requests are filled in a timely manner by taking charge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and through the provision of high quality sourcing and recommendation of candidates. Proactively involve in building up talent pipeline & employer branding through various innovative activities as well as being involve in various talent acquisition projects to improve the process & policies, recruitment systems etc.

  • Source and provide quality candidates to Hiring Managers within a stipulated timeframe and close the assigned positions according to the timeline set out in the KPIs. 

  • Be part of the panel of interviewers to provide advice to the Hiring Managers on the suitability of candidates.

  • Administer psychometric assessments to candidates and brief Hiring Managers on the results of the assessment.

  • Work together as a team in brainstorming and executing attractive and innovative sourcing strategies. To proactively seek new ways and sourcing methodologies to build talent pipeline especially for unique and niche positions.

  • Assist in various Employer Branding activities such as university career talks, career fairs, strategic partnerships with schools etc. To work closely with various stakeholders in ensuring high quality and innovative employer branding activities to attract talents.

  • Take up the opportunity to lead various Talent Acquisition projects including but not limited to the improvement of talent acquisition policies & procedures, upgrading of applicant tracking systems, improvement of employer branding strategies etc with the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager.

  • Process talent acquisition administrative activities such as the administration of offer letter, coordination of medical check-up, collection of documents etc.

  • Provide support to Human Resource Business Partners at manufacturing plants & farms on all talent acquisition related activities, policies and procedures.

  • Ensures that all new staffs feel welcomed by assisting in the various on-boarding initiatives.

  • Ensure timely reporting on the status of talent acquisition activities.

  • To perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.


JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in a combination of in-house talent acquisition and headhunting capacity. 
  • Prefer mandarin speaking candidates.
