• To asst. with the daily preparation.
• To maintain cleanliness in all time Understanding of company policies, employee Handbook, Rules and Regulations, Hygiene and Safety.
• To report duties punctuality, wearing correct uniform all time.
• To clean and arrange working area before leaving.
• To inform equipment or tool are missing or out of order.
• Helping preparing daily Mise En Place for Ala Carte and Buffet
• To ensure that all production are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes
• To report if leaving the working area/kitchen
• To minimize waste of food items
• To collect food requisition from Dry Store or General Store
• To work in one team all the time Prepared food-according kitchen

• Diploma in culinary (Fresh Graduate is acceptable)
• Good knowledge of the food presentation procedures including managing of ingredients, cooking, techniques, portion and food presentation.
• Good knowledge of western/ malay cuisine and culinary skill.
• Self-motivation, team work & multitasking.
• Have a well - groomed, professional appearance.
• Applicants must be willing to work on shift when required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
